Feeding Street Children
Mimshach Foundation is committed to bringing hope and support to vulnerable children living on the streets and in underserved communities across Kampala’s slums. Many of these children face daily challenges including hunger, lack of shelter, limited access to education, and exposure to various forms of abuse and neglect.
Through our Feeding Street Children Initiative, we provide nutritious meals to children in some of Kampala’s most disadvantaged communities. This initiative aims not only to address immediate hunger but also to show these children that they are valued, cared for, and not forgotten.
The event brings together volunteers, community leaders, well-wishers, and partners to share meals, offer encouragement, and create meaningful interactions with vulnerable children. In addition to food distribution, the program may include mentorship sessions, health and hygiene education, recreational activities, and referrals to support services where needed.
Our goal is to restore dignity, improve well-being, and inspire hope among children living in difficult circumstances. By providing a meal and a caring environment, we can make a positive difference in their lives and help pave the way for a brighter future.
